These terms govern your use of the Repair Tracker application ("the Service"), operated by PT Tunas Karya Nusantara. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is for authorised staff and partners of PT Tunas Karya Nusantara. You must sign in with a Google account that we have approved.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to enter accurate repair information, keep your account secure, and not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

3. Your content

Repair records and photos you upload remain the property of PT Tunas Karya Nusantara and its customers. You give us permission to store and process them in order to operate the Service.

4. Availability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop the Service at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Tunas Karya Nusantara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
